What type of music is available with the CUBE solution?

There are a number of music libraries that have integrated to the CUBE platform. This includes a fantastic selection of major-label music, as well as music from independent artists. Since we work with music libraries based in different countries, we are able to offer music suitable to your business no matter which country you are based in. Additional music libraries are continually being integrated to the CUBE platform.

NOTE:

If you have an existing music service that you currently use it can easily be integrated to the CUBE platform, making it easy to create and schedule blended playlists that best suit your customer tastes.

What if our internet connection is down?

CUBE has you well covered if your internet connection goes down. If your internet goes down the CUBE will continue to play everything it has onboard the unit (without interruption), based on the last content update it retrieved. Since it can store many thousands of songs on the unit, your music will not get stale even if your internet is down for while. When your internet connection comes back online CUBE will automatically check in to find and retrieve new content that has been added or scheduled. For additional backup, CUBE can run entirely from a USB so that everything that can be done on the network can also be done locally via USB.

Can staff easily change what’s playing at my locations?

Yes, if what you scheduled to play is no longer appropriate (based on the demographic of customers, or other circumstances), you can even give your staff at your different locations the ability to use their mobile phone or tablet to quickly switch out what’s playing.
